Daily:
- Moisturize using the LCO Method:
Liquid: Water and Pro23 Infusium Leave-in conditioner
Cream: Shea Moisture Extra Moisturizing Transitioning Milk
Oil: Olive Oil/ Grapeseed oil
Every 2 - 3 days:
- Scalp massage with castor oil mix: castor oil + peppermint oil + rosemary oil
Every 2 weeks:
- Detangle: Mane 'n Tail Detangler
- Pre-poo: Hot oil treatement with a mix of coconut oil + olive oil + castor oil mix
- Shampoo: Creme of Nature Sulfate free shampoo, using my shampoo brush to massage my scalp. Clarify every 6 weeks or after removing a protective style with Nothing but Clarifying shampoo
- Deep condition: Alternate between light protein and moisturizing conditioner
Moisturizing Deep Conditioner: Creme of nature Nourising Conditioner or Eden Body Works Jojoba/Monoi Conditioner
Light Protein Conditioner: ORS Replenishing Conditioner
- Leave-in Conditioner: LCO Method:
